SPF roofing is sprayed directly onto the existing roof deck, expanding to fill every void and creating a continuous, seamless membrane. It combines structural support, insulation, and waterproofing in a single application — making it one of the most effective systems for commercial flat roofs.
We spray two-component polyurethane foam directly onto prepared roof decks. The foam rises and self-levels, filling seams and low points before curing to a rigid closed-cell structure. A protective elastomeric topcoat is applied immediately after curing to provide UV protection.
Damaged sections of SPF roofs — caused by foot traffic, punctures, or coating failure — are cut back, dried, and filled with fresh foam before recoating. Foam roofs are among the easiest to repair, and repairs are virtually invisible on the finished surface.
When the protective elastomeric topcoat on a foam roof weathers past its service life, recoating restores full UV protection and waterproofing without replacing the foam base. This cycle can be repeated indefinitely, making foam roofing one of the most renewable systems available.
Spray polyurethane foam delivers the highest R-value per inch of any roofing insulation — around R-6 to R-7 per inch — while simultaneously acting as the waterproofing membrane. For commercial building owners focused on energy costs, foam roofing directly reduces heating and cooling loads year-round.
